We use only the trusted and well known carrier to handle your delivery. We ship your item free within 2-5 working days. In addition, our delivery is only to the US continental address. The transit time is subject to change especially during peak promotional periods. Moreover, your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order was placed after 12pm.

Our team work hard to process your order within 2 days to ease the urgency of repair and update your vehicle components. If the shipment supply is delayed by an event outside our control, we take initiative to contact you and also to minimize the effect of the delay for you. If the delay is substantial and you wish to end the contract, please contact our customer support team at welcome@autopartsalliance.com to process a refund for products you have paid for but not received.
