We aim to simplify your auto parts purchase journey. Hence, we do understand that you need to return from time to time.

Please review our return policy in order to process your return hassle free.

Return/Cancellation:

We are happy to offer return for order purchased from our website. To initiate return, please email welcome@autopartsalliance.com with the following information. Order number, name, shipping address, reason of return (picture may be required.)

If you aim to cancel or change your order, simply contact customer care team or email us at welcome@autopartsalliance.com within 24 hours after order placed.

We aim to process orders as quickly as we can; but order amendments or cancellations are not always possible. Please also be aware that we may not be able to cancel or amend orders during peak promotional periods.

Non-Faulty Product returns:

At APA, we like to simplify your auto parts purchase journey. Your ultimate satisfaction is our goal.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied or you change your mind, you may return product in its ORIGINAL condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Original condition should meet ALL of the following requirements:

  1. The product has not been tested, used or damaged and in its original packaging.
  2. There are no scratches or marks on the product and the product is in a “re-saleable” condition.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE RETURNS ON PRODUCTS NOT PURCHASED FROM OUR WEBSITE AT: WWW.AUTOPARTSALLIANCE.COM.

Exchanges & GIft Returns:

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly request you to return the item you no longer need via our returns process and place a new order once again.

We are unable to exchange any items that have been received as a gift.

If you are unhappy with your product as a gift, please contact the original purchaser to proceed return for a refund. The refund will automatically be issued to the original payment card if the product condition meets our return requirements.

Faulty Products/ Other rights to return:

On the rare occasion that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact customer care team via email welcome@autopartsalliance.com as soon as you discover the faulty items. Our mission is to simplify your auto parts purchase journey. Our professional team is ready to answer your questions. In order for us to rectify and resolve the faulty package received. The following information from you is mandatory:

  1. Order number
  2. Product description
  3. Description of the fault
  4. Image(s) and/or video of the fault

Once we have received the above information, our Customer Care Team will be back in touch. Moreover, we may require a faulty item to be returned to us before we are able to honor the replacement.

IF your purchase is verified as faulty by our customer care team, you are entitled for a refund within 30 days of purchase. However, we unfortunately do not accept any exchange or refund after 30 days of purchase.

When your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please inform the carrier or personnel that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged, please email our Customer Care Team via email welcome@autopartsalliance.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
