Answer: Our products carry a Manufacturer Limited One Year Warranty against workmanship and materials under normal driving conditions. Our warranties begin on the date of purchase and only the original purchaser who owns the vehicle where the parts were installed is eligible for the warranty. Please be aware that the warranty does not cover any alternations or problems due to improper installation. In addition, the original purchaser is responsible for additional cost of labor and parts required for re-installation in the event of failure due to defect in material or workmanship.
All commercial vehicles such as taxi cabs, police cars, rental cars or any other fleet vehicle is excluded from our warranty due to extreme conditions beyond normal usage.
Also, products that have been altered, subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, or being used outside of designed purpose are excluded from warranty.
